What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Use this opportunity to highlight your potential to the interviewer, among others,about the qualifications you possess that are relevant to this work, and are important to you. Loyalty, strong work ethic, good communication skills,orientation on results [results oriented] are characters interpersonal usuallynoticed by the interviewer. Be prepared to give examples of instances where youuse these characters.

Conversely, do not talk at length about your weaknesses. Try to give answers tono more than a minute; then change the subject. Here are some ways to answerthese questions:

[Name three strengths you and say "my weakness also lies in my power"; thenchange the subject].

[Name three strengths you and say "I have the Weaknesses of my strengths"; then change the subject].
